We establish correct points of contact in both organisations from the start and provide an escalation contact should it ever be needed.  To help us deliver successful projects we ask our customers to provide clear, constructive feedback at all stages.

Our project methodology ensures the scope, functionality, responsibility and delivery plan for the systems and equipment we provide are defined and agreed with our customers prior to the completion of design.

Design reviews internally and with our customers provide a quality control process and opportunity for client feedback. Regular progress and design reviews ensure the project is implemented to plan and keeps our customers up to date with the implementation.

Change control processes

A formal change control process helps minimise disruption for required in-project amendments and ensures focus is retained on the project scope and delivery plan.

Safety

Safety is important to us. All our work is carried out under the guidance of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and in accordance with the CDM regulations 2007. Our Managers are trained in all areas of Health and Safety management and are IOSH accredited. We are SAFEContractor approved, members of Safety Net and AMHSA members.
