“Automating our packing systems puts us in control of the operation and we have noticeably improved the delivery service for our customers. Warehouse software and automation felt like a big step for the business, but it’s on course to pay for itself after 12 months and we are now considering extending the system.”

Operationally everything is good
Richard did an excellent job, doing long hours whilst getting bombarded with queries and through it all was polite, helpful and professional
Conveyor Networks provided clear leadership throughout the project. Their involvement in scoping, followed by excellent project management meant we could meet tight installation timescales and be live well before Black Friday 2015.
Spicers aim to provide the highest quality user experience for our customers and an effective delivery operation is core to this. Conveyor Networks ensured a seamless transition between the systems and their support afterwards meant there was very little downtime
Following our partnership last year through Antalis Packaging and the successful purchase and installation of our B+ packaging equipment in Q1 2016 – the Book People’s Bangor mail order operation has seen performance increases double that of our previous manual packaging operation (1800 orders per 8 hr day to 4100 orders per 8hr day). This enhancement to our operation has given us increased operational flexibility and greatly reduced manpower resourcing requirements and reduction to overall operational cost. Conveyor Networks professionalism, technical expertise and involvement has been key to the success of the new B+ packaging system and our continuing relationship to explore future enhancements to the mail order operation at Bangor further underlines our confidence in Conveyor Networks capability…
“We have a really good working relationship with Conveyor Networks. The project at our distribution centre in Stoke involved delivering modifications to our existing conveyor system, and the team did this both on time and within the agreed budget. Conveyor Networks has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the equipment they install and their open and honest approach to delivering a project, would make it an easy decision for me to work with them again.”
Conveyor Networks took time to clearly understand our main issues and objectives. The proposed solution was aimed to improve efficiency and throughput. Implementation was planned and communicated extremely well, any concerns we had were resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, a great job that has delivered on promises and ran on time.
