To provide consistent throughput and fast delivery.

Easy maintenance.

To control costs by re-using existing equipment where possible.

Systems delivered

Goods are taken from 24 packing stations on 2 lines through sealed air and case sealing units. The 2 lines merge onto the main line through the warehouse which takes the product to be palletised. The system handles heavy stationery in a variety of case sizes and weights (up to 25kg) and has the scope to increase throughput if required.

Consistent and predictable material flow.

Improved productivity.

Space savings.

Better customer experience.
