Conveyor Networks launches new Customer Support Service

A professional customer support service ranging from straightforward message taking to complex emergency responses.

Warehouse automation and software provider, Conveyor Networks have teamed up with The Contact People to offer bespoke, frontline telephone support.  The new service, which will meet individual customer needs and requirements will be live on Monday 26th March 2018.

All customers will have a single dedicated contact number to request support from Conveyor Networks and all calls will be handled by trained, professional staff.

The Customer Support Team will deal with calls on a 24/7/365 basis with on-call engineer escalation, support and despatch provided – in keeping with individual Support Agreement SLA’s.

All calls will be recorded and all calls can be escalated to customers individually via phone call, sms, or email.

In addition, Conveyor Network will keep a full history of all customer support calls and will provide reporting systems to customers, which will include full call analysis.
